Description

• Lead the P&L for a segment of the Movers+Shakers business • Own the relationship and revenue growth of key accounts • Juggle pricing, resourcing, revenue, and profitability • Lead cross-functional team to deliver innovative work • Lead clients to success by understanding their needs • Proactively travel to meet with clients IRL • Make sound business decisions and manage competing priorities • Develop and maintain revenue forecasts and projections • Track and manage pipeline, revenue, contracts, invoicing, and profitability • Participate in new business intake and outbound efforts

Requirements

• 15+ years experience in account services/marketing role • Deep social media expertise • Measurable client growth and retention track record • Communication, polish, and presence skills • High flexibility and creativity for problem-solving • New business or revenue generation experience • Strong organizational skills • Skill in developing marketing strategies and plans • Ability to lead and motivate high performing team • Facility with CRM systems • Desire to excel in a collaborative environment • Ability to set and hold boundaries and lead difficult conversations • Excellent at setting and holding boundaries and leading difficult conversations
