📋 Description

• Act as the nerve center of Marketing Services’ ClickUp queue • Triage the daily task queue and catch blocked tasks before missed deadlines • Build ClickUp dashboards showing task status, blockers, and overdue work • Own daily traffic management and resolve blocked or stuck tasks within an agreed SLA • Chase missing information from onboarding managers, Marketing Services team members, and PSMs • Mature dashboards and traffic processes into the team’s source of truth for task status • Surface systemic bottlenecks to the appropriate owner using data • Improve task turnaround time and reduce aged tasks and ad hoc Slack status checks

🎯 Requirements

• Role is only open to Philippines-based individuals • Experience as a traffic, project coordination, or operations “glue” person • Ability to become fluent in ClickUp, HubSpot, and the CSP quickly • Experience building dashboards or reporting views that people use • Ability to distinguish individual stuck tasks from systemic bottlenecks • Curiosity about and openness to leveraging AI tools in workflows
