Description
• Define mobile product strategy for Firefox Mobile and Firefox Focus on iOS and Android • Clearly set the product/backlog prioritization with a balance of near-term deliverables and longer-term investment in various platforms. • Work across several teams to sure we have the right mobile product investments and that they’ll accrue to a great mobile browsing experience. • Be a product evangelist and partner closely with business team members and engineering leaders. • Effectively communicate strategies and trade-offs up to a range of senior leaders and down to development teams. • Synthesize market changes and technology improvements into concrete advancements for our products.
Requirements
• 10+ years of product management experience, including impactful leadership roles on major products • Product experience with highly trafficked native-mobile products with millions of users. • Strong product sense and understanding of user problems • Experience setting a portfolio approach to investments across products • Excellent interpersonal skills, which include active listening and the ability to present complex ideas in concise written and verbal descriptions • Experience working with external partners both in the U.S. and abroad in a product management role. • Experience identifying customer and business problems, participating in the product vision, and writing clear/concise requirements with consideration for the end-to-end experience. • Experience crafting strategies to differentiate a product in a crowded space. • You appreciate integrity and approach business, decision-making, and responsibilities honestly and openly.
