Description

The Mozilla Builders 2.0 program is a point of entry for startups, projects, and people wanting to collaborate with Mozilla towards a shared vision of the future. The Program Manager (PM) is the operational backbone of the Builders team, focusing on program operations and execution to provide the best program experience for all stakeholders. Responsibilities include event management, program data management, scheduling, Demo Day execution, and collaborating with internal stakeholders. The PM will also oversee the Mozilla application process logistics and maintain relationships with developers and startups.

Requirements

• A genuine passion for technology and startups, with an entrepreneurial mentality • Extensive experience in fast-paced environments, event planning, business operations, or project management • Strong interest in technology, startups, entrepreneurship, and venture capital discourse • 8+ years of technology experience in program management, software development, or related fields • 3+ years working with founders or open source maintainers • Experience with reporting and automation tools • Bonus Points: Experience in organizing accelerator programs, advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills, no-code and automation tools familiarity, software development knowledge, working with open source communities, curriculum development experience
