📋 Description

• You represent one of our clients in the energy supply sector. • You handle customer inquiries to final resolution by phone, by letter, or by email. • You record customer data and correct it as required. • You process registrations and deregistrations as well as supplier switches. • You answer questions regarding meter commissioning, meter replacement, and meter removal. • You receive fault reports and forward them to the appropriate channels. • You are sales-oriented and place a high value on quality. • You work in an SAP-based environment, on Windows 10, and with MS Office applications. • You identify the right tariff for your customers (sales after service).

🎯 Requirements

• Some professional experience in telephone-based customer advisory or strong motivation for a career change into this field. • A completed (commercial/administrative) vocational qualification would be desirable. • Excellent German language skills, spoken and written. • Basic PC skills. • Ability to communicate effectively and to engage and delight customers. • Openness to selling add-on services and product optimizations.
