📋 Description

• Serve as a primary point of contact for customers and meet with key stakeholders to understand practice structure, business model, and key influencers • Use appropriate resources to create a compelling and logical rationale for the value of our Oncology products during informed discussions with customers • Possess knowledge of cancer staging, possible treatment options, and dosing schedules associated with different tumors/diseases • Analyze and identify trends in a complex buying environment • Review and evaluate patterns for products purchased and prescribed • Comprehend complex account interdependencies to proactively develop and execute short- and long-term account plans in collaboration with the account team and supervisor • Share learnings and best practices from one customer to another • Ensure a consistent customer experience across our Company’s division and functional areas

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 6 years of sales experience OR a minimum of high school diploma with at least 10 years of equivalent experience • 0 - 2 years of field-based experience • Valid driver’s license and able to drive a vehicle • Legally authorized to work in the United States. • 2+ years of field-based experience, selling an oncology therapeutic to oncology customers preferred • Documented history of strong performance in a sales/marketing or oncology clinical role preferred • Clinical oncology experience across multiple solid tumors preferred
