📋 Description

• Provide high-quality technical services to targeted customers for demand creation • Conduct independent sales calls to targeted farms, KOLs, and industrial associations • Build business relationships with customers, veterinarians, key dealers, and industrial associations • Work closely with sales, marketing, and regional technical teams • Achieve sales targets within the assigned territory • Visit targeted farms and implement solutions • Provide product training to key dealers and technical training to TSRs • Present updated technical information and product positioning at seminars • Manage industrial networking and key accounts • Implement company strategy for assigned key accounts • Collect field data on market trends, swine issues, and customer feedback • Participate in strategic planning • Conduct assigned projects and provide final reports • Conduct field trials and analyze data for publications • Collaborate with RA, marketing, and regional teams on project management • Ensure business activities comply with relevant Acts, legal demands, and ethical standards

🎯 Requirements

• Experience/knowledge in animal health care and the swine industry • Business management and business relationship building/management • Contract management • Customer needs assessment and customer feedback analysis • Data analysis and market analysis • Identifying sales opportunities and managing the sales process • Project management and strategic planning • Ability to conduct field trials and analyze data for publications • Ability to provide product and technical training and deliver seminars • Compliance with relevant Acts, legal demands, and ethical standards • Valid driving license field is present but no requirement is specified
