âą Quality audit of vehicle inspections (PDI): Conduct regular audits of vehicle inspections carried out at the port âą Verify compliance with PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection) standards and procedures âą Damage classification control: Ensure correct application of A/B/C damage categorization criteria âą Quality check of repairs and restorations: Verify absence of residual defects after repair (appearance, fitment, operation, finish, cleanliness) âą Verify full traceability of repairs carried out âą Quality reporting control: Verify the quality and consistency of weekly reports âą Check traceability of inspections and damages âą Produce audit summaries with KPIs, deviations and corrective actions âą Expected deliverables: Audit reports, action plans and deviation follow-up, weekly quality reporting, quality KPI dashboards
đŻ Requirements
âą Experience in automotive quality auditing âą 5 to 10 years of experience in logistics, transport or freight forwarding âą Proficiency in PDI processes and vehicle inspection âą Ability to work with logistics partners âą Proficiency in quality tools (8D, PDCA, 5 Whys, Pareto, 5W2H and Lean management) âą Strong Excel skills âą Professional working proficiency in English âą Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
