📋 Description

• Develop enterprise applications using Power Apps with a focus on usability, process adherence and scalability. • Create automation flows using Power Automate to optimize processes, approvals, notifications and integrations with Microsoft 365. • Elicit, analyze and document requirements together with business stakeholders. • Map processes and identify opportunities for digitization and automation. • Build integrations between Power Platform, SharePoint Online, Outlook, Teams, Forms and other Microsoft 365 services. • Perform functional testing, user acceptance support, bug fixes and ongoing support for developed solutions. • Prepare and maintain technical and functional documentation for applications and automations. • Perform corrective and evolutionary maintenance of existing applications and flows. • Support digital transformation, productivity and continuous improvement initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• Power Apps: Experience developing applications using Power Apps (Canvas Apps), including building corporate forms, data modeling, using connectors, publishing, maintenance and enhancement of applications. • Power Automate: Experience creating and maintaining automated flows, approval processes, integrations with Microsoft 365, exception handling, execution monitoring and optimization of automations. • SharePoint Online: Experience creating and administering lists, libraries and communication sites, managing permissions and integrating with solutions developed in Power Apps and Power Automate. • Business Analysis: Experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, preparing functional documentation and interacting with business areas to define and validate solutions. • Documentation and Testing: Experience preparing technical and functional documentation, executing functional tests, supporting UAT and recording evidence of deliveries. • Stakeholder Communication: Ability to interact with users and business areas, understand needs, lead alignments and translate functional requirements into practical solutions aligned with project objectives. • Desirable: Experience with Copilot Studio, Generative AI, Power BI, Dataverse, Git, Azure DevOps and React/Next.js.
