📋 Description

• Build and maintain monthly content calendars in Planable • Schedule content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms • Write captions, hashtags, and platform-specific copy aligned with brand voice • Ensure calendars are completed and approved ahead of deadlines • Coordinate internal content revisions and approvals • Draft social media copy, newsletters, email campaigns, and other marketing materials • Support the implementation of content pillars and campaign themes provided by the founders • Organize and maintain content assets, shared drives, and marketing files • Create basic Canva graphics and resize assets when needed • Research hospitality, wellness, and lifestyle industry trends • Monitor competitors and identify opportunities • Build and maintain influencer, media, supplier, and partnership lists • Identify collaboration opportunities • Draft outreach emails for influencer and partnership engagement • Track outreach activity, responses, and bookings • Maintain Monday.com boards and track deadlines and deliverables • Support marketing performance reporting and analytics preparation • Compile campaign data into clear, actionable reports • Assist with ad hoc tasks as priorities shift • Proactively update stakeholders on progress and flag delays early

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5+ years’ experience in Social Media Marketing or Marketing Coordination • Strong experience in planning and scheduling content across multiple platforms • Excellent written English with the ability to adapt tone across brands • Experience with tools such as Planable, Later, Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines • Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision • Genuine interest in hospitality, food, beverage, wellness, or lifestyle brands • Comfortable handling high-volume execution work (content scheduling, outreach, coordination-heavy tasks)
