📋 Description

• Acquire new customers and manage existing customers in the Thuringia region • Provide technical consulting and develop solutions at customer sites across the full product range of mechatronic systems, motion and positioning systems, and automation technology • Independently plan, coordinate, and conduct customer visits in the field • Regional travel to customer sites without overnight stays, approximately 40% • Monitor the market and develop potential within the sales territory • Work closely with the internal sales team when taking over quotations and proposals • Participate in trade fairs and sales events • Independently manage customers in the region and take responsibility for results • Maintain existing customer relationships and strategically expand customer potential

🎯 Requirements

• Completed technical degree, further training as a state-certified technician, or technical vocational training combined with several years of experience, for example in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, automation technology, precision engineering, or a related field • At least 3 years of professional experience as a technical employee, sales engineer, application engineer, design engineer, developer, or in a comparable role involving technically complex products, preferably in mechatronic systems and automation technology • Fluent German, both written and spoken • Self-organized, independent, and results-oriented approach to work • Enjoyment of working with people • Willingness to travel and flexibility • Category B driver's license
