📋 Description

• Define and drive the technology vision and roadmap. • Translate emerging technologies into customer-focused products. • Communicate technical solutions as clear business value in C-level customer discussions. • Identify new customer use cases and develop them into viable products and revenue opportunities. • Work closely with the Founder & CEO as a strategic technology and business partner. • Lead and prioritize technology initiatives based on their measurable business impact. • Contribute to the company’s expansion and positioning in the European market for data-driven financial services.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of leadership experience as a CTO, VP of Engineering, Head of Engineering, or in a comparable role, ideally in FinTech or banking. • Strong understanding of cloud architectures, APIs, data analytics, AI/ML, security, and banking-specific regulatory requirements. • Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP, as well as REST and GraphQL APIs. • Proven experience engaging with C-level stakeholders and supporting or leading technical business development. • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to connect technology, customer needs, and commercial opportunities. • Fluency in German and English. • Experience with Open Banking, PSD2, banking integrations, or similar is a plus.
