📋 Description

• Work across the entire stack, from database and API design on the backend to responsive, interactive React interfaces • Own features end-to-end, from initial idea and technical design through implementation, testing, release, and production • Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to ship high-quality features • Help keep the codebase clean, performant, and maintainable as the product grows

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of professional full stack experience shipping and maintaining production web applications • Strong TypeScript and modern JavaScript skills across frontend and backend • 3+ years of backend experience with Node.js and a structured framework (NestJS) • Experience designing APIs, services, and data access layers • 3+ years of relational database experience with PostgreSQL, including schema design, migrations, and efficient queries • 3+ years of frontend experience with React, building and maintaining interactive UIs • Good understanding of REST APIs and frontend/backend communication • Familiarity with authentication, authorization, and security fundamentals • Experience with automated testing and standard Git-based collaboration • Nice-to-have: background jobs/queues, caching, performance tuning, cloud services, file storage, email/third-party integrations, Docker, Infrastructure as Code (CDK), and multi-tenant/SaaS product experience • Ability to write clean, maintainable code and care about quality • Ability to evaluate tradeoffs involving performance, scalability, and maintainability • Ability to challenge weak approaches and suggest better ones • Clear communication and willingness to ask questions when requirements are unclear • Ability to work independently and take features from idea to production
