📋 Description

• Write job posts and publish them on LinkedIn • Quality-check candidates passed through by recruiters • Interview candidates • Communicate with clients through email, text, and phone • Send candidate profiles, hiring updates, and interview information to clients • Coordinate interviews via WhatsApp and email • Handle offers and hiring documents • Manage replacement searches • Support clients throughout their replacement guarantee • Follow up with clients who stop responding or delay hiring decisions • Keep every hiring process organized and moving quickly • Own the hiring process from job posting through successful placement

🎯 Requirements
