Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in data analytics, preferably in operations/fulfillment, or 3+ years of operations experience leveraging data regularly • Belief in Ollie’s mission and empathy towards dogs and dog parents • Expertise in technical skills (SQL, Excel), operations metrics, and DTC subscription concepts • Comfortable with sourcing, joining, & sharing information from various platforms • Ability to breakdown projects, communicate progress, and transform technical analysis into actionable insights • Critical thinking, collaboration, and open to creative problem-solving
