• The Chief Legal & Compliance Officer is a strategic and results-oriented leader who will play a pivotal role in ensuring our company operates with the highest ethical and legal standards • Provides comprehensive legal counsel and oversees the development and implementation of a robust compliance program • Influences the success of the organization and significantly impacts the portfolio of companies • Advise senior leadership on a broad range of legal matters concerning corporate governance, business transactions, and healthcare regulations • Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive compliance program that mitigates legal and reputational risks
• Juris Doctorate degree (JD) • Licensed attorney in good standing in any U.S. jurisdiction • 10+ years of experience in healthcare law, with a proven track record of success in a leadership role. • In-depth knowledge of federal and state laws and regulations governing the healthcare industry, including Medicare-specific regulations (TCPA, HIPAA, etc.) • Strong understanding of legal and compliance best practices. • Proven ability to develop and implement effective legal and compliance programs. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organization. • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills. • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders at all levels.
