📋 Description

• Develop and execute a territory-specific business plan to meet or exceed sales goals. • Build and maintain strong relationships with primary care physicians, psychiatrists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and other mental health providers. • Deliver compelling clinical presentations and product education to drive adoption of both GeneSight® and MyRisk®. • Identify new business opportunities and grow existing accounts through consultative, value-based selling. • Attend local trade shows, industry conferences, and networking events to expand your territory and strengthen customer relationships. • Collaborate cross-functionally with Medical Affairs, Marketing, Customer Service, and other internal teams to provide an exceptional customer experience. • Maintain accurate customer and sales activity records using CRM tools. • Stay current on pharmacogenomics, hereditary cancer testing, precision medicine, industry trends, and the competitive landscape.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field preferred; advanced degree is a plus. • Minimum of two years of successful sales experience, preferably in molecular diagnostics, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, or healthcare. • Strong understanding of the healthcare environment, particularly in primary care and behavioral health. • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a field-based sales role. • Must reside within the Montana territory. • Working knowledge of HIPAA regulations, patient privacy requirements, and healthcare compliance. • Demonstrated integrity, professionalism, and values that align with Myriad's mission and code of conduct. • Ability to exercise sound judgment and discretion when handling patient and physician information.
