📋 Description
• Provide telephone customer support for guests outside office hours • Handle inbound customer support inquiries, primarily from arriving guests • Assist guests with check-in • Remain reachable by phone when the phones in Germany are switched off
🎯 Requirements
• Native speaker • Confident, friendly, and professional communication style • Independent and reliable working style with strong time-management skills • Own technical equipment (phone/headset and stable internet connection) • Preferred: Experience in the hospitality or real estate industry • Preferred: Experience with CRM systems (Monday)
