• 1+ years of experience as a Senior BDR or SMB Account Executive • Ability to exceed quarterly goals • Strong commercial mindset • Self-motivated and able to work independently • Demonstrable experience in prospecting, identifying target merchants, qualifying, creating value-based demonstrations, selling complex solutions • Excellent written, verbal, and oral presentation skills • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage a large volume of tasks and responsibilities • Resilience in the face of adversity • Strong entrepreneurial spirit • Experience with Hubspot or similar CRM tools, and Google Suite • Tertiary education or relevant proven experience
