Description
• Lead design work of product team • Collaborate with other teams to ensure consistency and quality • Gather feedback and make it useful to the team • Conduct user research and create insights • Design in systems and integrate solutions • Address edge cases and worst-case scenarios • Collaborate with Product & Engineering • Contribute to improving processes within the startup
Requirements
• Minimum 3 years of Product Design experience • Experience with complex problems and fuzzy user journeys • Comfort in fast-paced environments • Experience working end to end • Ability to use data for showcasing success/failure • Basic HTML, CSS, and Javascript skills preferred Nice to have: • Experience with B2B or SaaS products • Previous work on Developer tools • Passion for automation and no-code/low-code • Strong technical understanding • Advanced prototyping skills • Deep experience with user testing methods
