📋 Description

• Act as an Oracle ERP Technical Consultant, collaborating with application development, functional, and support teams • Design, develop, maintain, and enhance technical solutions across Oracle EBS and Oracle Cloud/Fusion applications • Develop and manage Oracle database objects including tables, views, packages, procedures, and functions • Develop and support RICEW components, PL/SQL solutions, reports, interfaces, customizations, and workflows • Design and implement custom applications, reports, database integrations, and Oracle ERP enhancements • Troubleshoot application and database issues, trace data flow and application logic, identify root causes, and implement corrective solutions • Perform Oracle database performance tuning and optimization, including SQL/PLSQL performance analysis • Develop and support reports using BI Publisher, XML Reports, OTBI, Smart View, and Financial Reporting Center/FRS • Work with customers and business stakeholders to understand requirements, provide technical recommendations, and deliver solutions • Support Oracle Finance and SCM applications across PO, AP, AR, FA, GL, and INV modules • Develop and support REST and SOAP API integrations between Oracle ERP/Cloud applications and external systems • Perform technical testing, debugging, deployment, and post-deployment validation across multiple environments • Prepare technical design documents, specifications, test documentation, and implementation deliverables in accordance with OUM and organizational standards • Participate in production support, incident resolution, bug fixing, enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives • Establish coding standards, development procedures, deployment practices, and technical best practices • Collaborate with functional consultants, developers, project managers, business users, and client stakeholders across teams and geographies • Own technical deliverables and proactively resolve project challenges and risks, escalating issues when required • Provide technical guidance and knowledge sharing to team members • Stay adaptable to new Oracle Cloud technologies, tools, integration frameworks, and development practices

🎯 Requirements

• Total experience 6+ years • Strong experience working with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) with technical development and consulting • Strong hands-on experience in RICEW, PL/SQL, Oracle Database, reports, interfaces, customizations, and workflows • Experience developing, maintaining, enhancing, and troubleshooting Oracle ERP applications, with focus on production support and continuous improvements • Strong knowledge of Oracle Database architecture, database objects, performance optimization, SQL/PLSQL tuning, packages, procedures, functions, and ref cursors • Experience designing custom database solutions and integrating Oracle databases with other databases/systems • Experience with BI Publisher, XML Reports, OTBI, Smart View, and Financial Reporting Center/FRS • Understanding of data flow and underlying tables across Oracle Finance and SCM modules including PO, AP, AR, FA, GL, and INV • Experience with Oracle Cloud/Fusion technical solutions, integrations, REST/SOAP APIs, and application customizations • Hands-on experience with code deployments across Development, Test, UAT, and Production environments • Experience designing, developing, testing, and documenting technical solutions using Oracle Unified Methodology (OUM) or similar methodologies • Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions • Experience with Git or other version-control tools preferred • Functional candidates with strong technical competency may also be considered • Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities • Effective interpersonal skills for interacting with teams and clients through meetings, chat, email, phone, and video conferencing • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong commitment to client satisfaction, quality, and delivery excellence • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
