• Strategic Prospecting: Identify new business opportunities (“white space”) within enterprise accounts across Germany and Europe where Nagarro’s services can create value • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain multi-level stakeholder relationships (IT Directors, Product Owners, Business Leaders, Executives) • Demand Generation: Create a steady pipeline of qualified opportunities and convert them into tangible projects • Deal Leadership: Own the full sales cycle from initial engagement to contract signature, working closely with technical delivery and practice teams • Consultative Selling: Position Nagarro’s “Fluidic Enterprise” approach to solve complex challenges in AI, Cloud Transformation, Data, and Customer Experience • Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends, client priorities, and competitive movements to proactively shape opportunities
• Enterprise Sales Experience: 10+ years in IT Services / Software Sales with a proven track record of exceeding revenue targets • Strong Network: Established relationships within enterprise organizations (various industries such as telecom, finance, manufacturing, retail, etc.) • Technical Literacy: Strong understanding of Cloud, AI/ML, Microservices, DevOps, and modern digital architectures • Communication: Native-level German and fluent English required • Entrepreneurial Mindset: Ability to work independently, build opportunities from scratch, and thrive in a fast-moving environment.
