• Manage and develop your customers in the FMCG market • Continuously develop your sales territory • Acquire new customers with a focus on profitability • Sell our products and concepts • Consistently expand distribution and shelf space for our premium products • Advise customers on our sales promotion (POS) materials • Attend trade fairs and exhibitions and professionally represent our company on site • Actively secure orders and ensure smooth order processing • Handle complaints professionally, solution-oriented and with a customer-first approach
• Several years of field sales experience with a branded goods company or in FMCG retail, ideally in the food or OTC (over-the-counter) sector • Results-oriented, strong communicator and confident negotiator • Bring flexibility, perseverance and a positive attitude • Willingness to travel and occasionally stay overnight • Valid driver's license (Class B / car) • Proactive and able to approach customers with friendly persistence • Enjoy sales and building long-term customer relationships • Maintain and expand an active network of decision-makers in retail
