📋 Description
• Establish project goals and success factors and develop project plans, milestones, and decision points • Pressure-test the commercial viability of the mangrove-integrated mud crab model with implementing partners • Critically assess structural bottlenecks in the Theory of Change • Bring a fresh, entrepreneurial perspective to the strategy • Monitor and communicate progress, perform risk and issue management • Close information gaps between in-country partners and global/local teams • Deliver written analyses, options memos, and recommendations for work planning
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree and 2 years related experience or equivalent combination • Experience coordinating administrative processes • Experience generating reports and interpreting data • Demonstrated customer service skills with a customer-centered approach to work • Experience in business writing, editing, and proofreading • Experience organizing time and managing diverse activities to meet deadlines • Experience working across teams and communicating with a wide range of people
