📋 Description

• Advise national and international clients on advisory matters related to indirect taxes, especially ICMS, IPI, and ISS; • Analyze tax compliance obligations (accessory obligations) and other aspects of clients' tax routines, supporting risk identification and the development of practical solutions; • Draft and review legal opinions, memoranda, and tax advisory notes; • Support clients during tax audits, including document analysis, responding to requests, and technical liaison with tax authorities; • Monitor legislative, regulatory, and case-law developments, with special attention to the impacts of tax reform; • Provide technical and documentary support in strategic administrative or judicial proceedings related to the team's practice areas; • Interact with clients and work collaboratively with professionals at different levels of seniority within the team.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Law with active OAB registration (Brazilian Bar Association); • 3–6 years of experience in Tax Law; • Strong background in advising on indirect taxes, especially ICMS, IPI, and ISS; • Practical knowledge of tax compliance obligations and the day-to-day management of indirect taxes; • Strong legal writing, analytical, and communication skills; • Proficiency in Excel and ease working with tax data and documentation; • Proactive, collaborative, and organized profile.
