📋 Description

• Provide technical leadership for Tax Discovery projects, conducting tax diagnostics on direct and indirect taxes; • Identify opportunities for credit recoveries, tax incentives, tax reviews and tax optimizations, without operational involvement in the execution of recoveries; • Perform complex tax analyses involving IRPJ, CSLL, PIS, COFINS, ICMS, IPI, ISS, social security contributions and other applicable taxes; • Prepare technical opinions, memoranda and executive presentations for clients; • Serve as the technical reference for the Discovery team, supporting team development and ensuring technical quality of deliverables; • Participate in client meetings to present diagnostics, opportunities and clarify technical aspects; • Support the Commercial and Pre‑Sales teams during strategic negotiations by translating tax aspects into client value propositions; • Evaluate tax risks and technically validate identified opportunities before presenting them to clients; • Monitor changes in legislation, jurisprudence and fiscal authority interpretations, disseminating knowledge to the team; • Collaborate with Product, Technology and Commercial teams to continuously evolve ROIT's solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Law, Business Administration or related fields; • Solid experience in tax consultancy or tax planning; • Advanced knowledge of direct and indirect taxes; • Experience identifying tax opportunities and preparing tax diagnostics; • Experience providing consultative services to medium and large-sized clients.
