Description

• Lead role within Delivery Organization • Client-facing and billable • Provide leadership and ensure execution of technical project activities • Manage the day-to-day activities of the technical team • Review and approve technical specifications and ensure thorough testing • Participate in project status meetings • Contribute to project deliverables • Provide feedback and solutions to resolve escalated items • Assist with RICEFW development as needed • Participate in the discovery process for Pre-Sales and Solution Engineering • Adhere to professional standards and policies • Continual improvement of methods and tools • Obtain adequate SAP product knowledge • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance SAP product awareness

Requirements

• Hands-on developer experience with 3 full lifecycle SAP implementations • Experience as a Technical Lead in at least 1 full lifecycle SAP S/4 implementation • Knowledge and experience with S/4 HANA technologies • Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills • Excellent communication and execution skills • Ability to function independently with minimal direction • Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills • Understanding of Agile techniques and other applicable software development standards
