📋 Description

• Identify, target, and secure new banking and financial services clients • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales and revenue targets • Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting through to contract negotiation and close • Build strong pipelines through networking, referrals, and industry engagement • Deliver tailored product demonstrations and solution presentations • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned banking clients • Build long-term, trusted relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in New Zealand and select Pacific Islands • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts • Conduct regular account reviews and strategic planning sessions • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention • Collaborate with implementation and support teams to ensure smooth onboarding • Monitor client usage and outcomes to ensure value realisation • Address client issues proactively and coordinate resolutions • Advocate for client needs internally to influence product development and service delivery • Maintain a deep understanding of banking sector trends, regulatory requirements, and competitive landscape • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings • Provide market feedback to inform product and go-to-market strategies

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in B2B technology sales, ideally within banking or financial services • Strong understanding of banking operations, compliance, and digital transformation trends • Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales cycles and enterprise-level accounts • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills • Ability to translate technical solutions into business value • Self-motivated with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets • Utilization of sales management tools eg Sales Force • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or related field (preferred) • Experience selling SaaS, fintech, or enterprise technology solutions highly regarded in the ATM, Digital banking & or Payments sectors
