📋 Description

• Perform customer installation, maintenance, and service calls promptly and effectively • Service electromechanical equipment, including ATMs and self-checkout systems, within an assigned territory • Perform maintenance repairs and system overhauls • Manage network faults and traffic, configuration, security, and remote system access • Organize and triage customer issues and address problems proactively • Communicate with customers in an open, helpful, and engaging manner to identify solutions • Complete formal virtual and hands-on training • Represent the NCR Atleos brand while supporting financial institutions and retailers

🎯 Requirements

• Local candidate to the specific geographic area • At least 19 years of age • Valid driver’s license and driving record satisfying NCR Atleos fleet requirements • PC skills, basic electronic skills, and operating system familiarity • Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation • Ability to travel for prolonged periods, driving several hours per day • Ability to work rotating and weekend shifts • Ability to carry and lift tools, parts, and equipment weighing up to 50 lbs. without assistance • Ability to bend, squat, walk, stand, sit, reach, work with hands, and repetitively grasp and manipulate objects of varying sizes • Employment conditional upon passing applicable screening criteria
