• Take on a strategic and entrepreneurial role expanding Neptune’s presence in the Middle East • Shape regional go-to-market strategy and create lighthouse customers • Strengthen and grow relationships with strategic enterprise and government customers • Identify, pursue, and close new enterprise opportunities across public sector, oil & gas, financial services, telecom, and manufacturing • Build trusted relationships with C-level executives, business leaders, and IT stakeholders • Collaborate with SAP, system integrators, and technology partners to expand reach • Represent Neptune at high-profile events and conferences • Independently lead complex enterprise sales cycles, deliver demonstrations and value-driven proposals • Establish new reference customers and pave the way for future team growth
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced business qualification preferred • 10+ years of enterprise software sales experience • Deep understanding of the SAP ecosystem and enterprise transformation • Proven success in developing new regions, territories, or major accounts • Strong executive network across the GCC and Middle East • Experience selling to public and private sector enterprises • Expertise in complex, consultative sales with multiple stakeholders • Exceptional executive presence, communication, and presentation skills • Entrepreneurial mindset: autonomous, resilient, and motivated • Cultural fluency and ability to thrive in relationship-driven business environments
