• Experience in Recruitment and Selection / Talent Acquisition • Experience with high-volume hiring and/or recruiting for manufacturing/industrial roles • Advanced English required • Knowledge of talent sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Pandapé, Oportunidades Especiais, among others) • Intermediate Excel (preferred) • Strong communication, organizational skills, proactivity, and ability to work in a team.
