Description

• Design creative and natural conversation flows for B2B and B2C brands • Engage with clients to understand their business goals, customer personas, and resolution paths • Analyze customer journeys and develop optimized flows • Create conversational design documents, personas, example dialogs, and flow diagrams • Design effective, meaningful and delightful conversational experiences • Collaborate with developers, integrators, architects, and QA • Conduct testing and analyze user experience • Write effective and natural dialogues • Create demos, wireframes, and templates • Make recommendations for improving user experience

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in designing text-enabled interaction flows • Experience in conversational AI or chatbot design spaces • Design experience for Assistant, AI, machine learning, or AR/VR products • Collaboration with designers, product managers, and engineers • Balancing user needs and technical requirements • Creating demos or prototypes showcasing conversational design capabilities • Communicating technical requirements and solutions • Working directly with client stakeholders • Agile development practices • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
