• Lead and manage a team of innovative, collaborative, and customer-focused data scientists • Measure business performance, develop core metrics, and create dashboards • Spot and manage data development challenges • Perform deep analyses and build models to understand customer behavior and extract key insights • Research and build core understanding of company performance metrics to inform and interpret models • Standardize methods and algorithms used across the business unit • Develop and maintain standard software libraries and associated documentation
• 5+ years of experience in data science, preferably in a product development environment • 2+ years of experience managing data science teams • Strong programming skills in Python or other relevant programming languages • Experience with machine learning libraries such as sci-kit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch • Deep understanding of statistical analysis, probability theory, and experimental design • Experience with NLP techniques, LLMs, deep learning, and chatbot development • Excellent communication skills • Experience with various statistical models and supervised/unsupervised learning • Expertise in NLP techniques including sentiment analysis, word embedding, POS tagging, topic modeling, text classification, and more • Familiarity with deep learning techniques and building/training models • Knowledge of structured and unstructured data information extraction and retrieval • Self-motivated with strong problem-solving and analytical skills • Optional: Experience with large-scale data processing technologies and distributed computing systems
