📋 Description

• Design and deliver high-quality learning sessions • Conduct interactive simulations, practical demonstrations, and live coding on complex concepts • Plan and structure sessions carefully • Take responsibility for the progress, engagement, and well-being of a dedicated cohort • Answer questions, facilitate exercises, and support projects • Systematically track attendance, performance, and behavior, and intervene at an early stage when necessary • Foster collaboration and critical thinking • Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment • Provide regular updates to the Track Lead on performance, risks, and actions • Support reporting, evaluations, and final communications • Participate in stand-ups and teaching team meetings • Work closely with program and career teams on surveys and feedback initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrable experience supporting and developing learners or employees, ideally in bootcamps, training programs, or similar learning formats • Strong practical experience in AI-powered online marketing • Knowledge of social media marketing, Google Ads and Analytics, performance marketing, SEO, and SEA • Proficiency with n8n, Midjourney, Claude/ChatGPT/Gemini, WordPress, Nano Banana, and Canva • Independent, reliable, and strong communication skills • Fluency in German • Very good command of English • Willingness to collaborate with learners and teams
