Description

• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Business Analysts • Capture customers' business processes and outcomes on the ServiceNow platform • Manage customer outcomes for a large global customer • Work on large, complex projects • Conduct workshops and lead implementations • Define customer needs and strategies • Own business requirements and priorities • Produce specifications and mock-ups • Partner with technical team for demos • Facilitate testing and obtain agreement on priorities • Contribute to writing test scripts • Deliver a high degree of customer satisfaction

Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience in a business-related position • Knowledge of business process architecture for cloud-based platforms • Exposure to ServiceNow platform preferred • Knowledge of Technology workflows, such as ITSM and ITOM • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to assess and mitigate risk • Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills • Strong problem-solving skills • Strong relationship management skills • Comfortable working in a matrixed organization • Comfortable with ambiguity and change • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience • Certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS), ITIL Foundations • Willingness to continue education within the ServiceNow platform and beyond
