📋 Description
• Prestar atendimento técnico especializado a clientes usuários do sistema Questor; • Orientar clientes em rotinas fiscais, contábeis e obrigações acessórias dentro do sistema; • Conduzir atendimentos com postura consultiva, didática e resolutiva; • Trabalhar em conjunto com a equipe interna para solução de casos técnicos; • Contribuir para a melhoria contínua dos processos de atendimento.
🎯 Requirements
• Experiência prévia como suporte tributário do sistema Questor; • Conhecimento em escrita fiscal, apuração de impostos e obrigações acessórias; • Domínio das principais rotinas fiscais/contábeis no sistema Questor; • Capacidade de analisar cenários, interpretar dúvidas do cliente e orientar a melhor forma de utilização do sistema.
