📋 Description
• Mortgage Wholesale Account Executive location: Remote – New Jersey. • Newfi Lending founded in 2014 and headquartered in Emeryville, CA, is owned by Apollo Global Management. • One of the leading Non-QM lenders providing innovative lending solutions to borrowers nationwide. • Seeking outside Wholesale Account Executives to expand geographic reach and build a business. • Build and manage a national account base that values partnership with Newfi Wholesale. • Utilize daily dashboard data to determine business trends and course correct when necessary. • Partner with internal support to deliver optimal service levels and foster account relationships.
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum 2 years in the mortgage lending industry. • Minimum 2 years of mortgage sales experience. • High comfort level with web based tools including a CRM. • Proven knowledge level of competitive landscape in wholesale vertical. • Familiarity with agency, non-conforming, FHA, and VA guidelines. • Bachelors degree or work equivalent.
