• Design & Deliver Learning & Development Programs • Facilitate learning sessions for managers and employees when needed. • Partner with HR Business Partners and business leaders to identify skill gaps and design targeted development initiatives. • Execute Compliance Training Initiatives • Support updates to training content in alignment with evolving regulatory requirements. • Provide reporting and insights to leadership regarding compliance training participation and risk areas. • Support Talent Management & Performance Processes • Create resources that support career pathing and internal mobility. • Analyze performance and engagement data to identify development opportunities and recommend action plans.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or related field preferred. • 8+ years of experience in learning & development, talent management, HR compliance, or a related HR function. • Experience designing and facilitating training programs (virtual and in-person). • Experience managing compliance-related training programs and tracking completion metrics. • Experience supporting performance management and talent review processes. • Familiarity with HRIS or LMS platforms (Workday experience preferred). • Strong facilitation, communication, and presentation skills. • Excellent organizational and project management capabilities. • Ability to operate independently within a lean, fast-paced environment.
