Description
• Hands on developer to design, code, and test technical solutions • Implement automation in Cloud resource provisioning, unit testing, code coverage, and more • Create appropriate documentation and assist in platform support • Promote a culture of best practices with peer code reviews • Research and implement new technology solutions
Requirements
• Extensive programming experience and desire to write and review code • 5-6 years of Java experience with Object Oriented and functional programming paradigms • Familiarity with Python a plus • Hands on experience with Spark, Spark SQL, M/R Framework, and Big Data Technology Stack • Experience developing cloud-hosted and containerized applications and services • Familiarity with AWS components and other technologies mentioned • Demonstrates knowledge of CI/CD processes, testing frameworks, and Linux platforms • Knowledge of networking and protocols
