📋 Description

• Execute EMEA direct mail and targeted gifting campaigns from setup through delivery tracking • Coordinate with sales on gifting requests, campaign timing, and account targeting to support pipeline generation • Manage vendor and logistics coordination for gift selection, fulfillment, and delivery across EMEA markets • Track campaign performance and engagement • Flag issues and report results to the Demand Generation team • Perform other duties as needed

🎯 Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in marketing coordination, campaign execution, or program support • Ideally, experience in B2B SaaS • Experience with or strong interest in direct mail, gifting, or account-based marketing platforms (Reachdesk or similar) • Highly organized • Experience with tools like Asana for managing campaign workflows and timelines is preferred • Comfortable working cross-functionally with sales and marketing in a fast-paced environment • Proactive communication skills and ability to flag issues early and keep campaigns on track • Not eligible for Visa sponsorship
