📋 Description

• Manage the entire recruiting process from sourcing and screening to placement and contractor support • Build strong relationships with candidates and hiring teams to match the right people with the right opportunities • Proactively source top talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and creative outreach methods • Conduct technical interviews and guide candidates through every stage of the process • Partner with internal Account Managers to ensure timely submissions and successful placements • Maintain accurate candidate and job records within the ATS (Bullhorn) • Track recruiting metrics to measure progress and drive improvement • Stay up to date on market trends and hiring needs in technology and engineering fields

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in recruiting for technical engineering roles (hardware and software) • Successful track record of managing multiple high-volume requisitions within VMS programs • Familiar with submitting candidates quickly within 24-48 hours • Strong communication and candidate relationship-building skills • Highly organized and detail-oriented • Experience using an ATS or CRM (Bullhorn preferred) • Passion for helping people find meaningful work and thrive in their careers
