📋 Description

• Build trusted partnerships with schools, municipalities, and education authorities. • Lead customer onboarding and implementation projects, defining success measures. • Advise on best practices, change management, and maximize AV1 adoption and impact. • Engage education leaders and decision-makers alongside Account Managers. • Ensure AV1 serves as a meaningful inclusion tool within the German education system. • Provide insights to help improve support for schools and to adapt to the evolving educational landscape.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in the education sector. • Experience in teaching, school leadership, advisory roles, inclusion, or school development. • Strong understanding of the German education system, particularly the Länder structures, Schulträger, and Kommunen. • Experience collaborating with schools, municipalities, or education authorities at a leadership level. • Native or near-native (C1/C2) German, with strong written and spoken English.
