• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on channel marketing in the healthcare industry • Strong understanding of healthcare ecosystems, including knowledge of healthcare providers, payers, and patients • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas and concepts clearly and persuasively • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools and platforms; experience with marketing analytics and reporting • Demonstrated leadership abilities with a collaborative and inclusive approach to teamwork • Passion for fixing healthcare and driving meaningful change in the industry • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and evolving environment, adapting quickly to new challenges and opportunities
