📋 Description

• Leading global Platform Operations teams supporting Akamai's distributed cloud infrastructure and services. • Defining the strategic vision and roadmap for enhancing operational capabilities. • Driving process optimization, operational excellence, and continuous improvement across global operations. • Leading global programs and cross-functional initiatives that enhance platform availability and reliability. • Championing AI, automation, and innovation to improve efficiency and operational effectiveness. • Championing AI, automation, and tooling initiatives that enhance efficiency, scalability, and service reliability. • Applying systems thinking to scale operations, manage risks, and support business objectives.

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in managing large scale operations and infrastructure. • Hands-on experience in developing tools and automation using Python and AI models to improve operational efficiency. • Experience leading global teams supporting mission-critical platforms in a 24x7 environment. • Demonstrate expertise in Linux, distributed systems & cloud infrastructure. • Possess executive communication, stakeholder management, and data-driven decision-making skills.
