• Manage end-to-end recruitment for diverse roles in a consultative way. • Create job postings, source candidates, and conduct screening interviews. • Drive candidate selection with hiring panels and ensure a smooth process. • Build strong sourcing strategies through agencies, universities, and social media. • Monitor recruitment trends and provide insights to HR and leadership. • Coordinate the employee referral program. • Maintain data integrity and compliance with KPIs and SLAs. • Support TA policies, continuous improvement, and Works Council alignment.
• Vocational education or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field • 3–5 years of recruitment experience, preferably across multiple EMEA countries • Skilled in ATS, HRIS, job boards, and social media sourcing • Strong communication in English and German (additional European language a plus)
