📋 Description

• Maintain and build client and advisor relationships with a high client retention rate • Maintain a caseload of 401(k) plans and retirement plans sponsored by tax-exempt entities • Manage and prioritize workload towards weekly goals in a results-oriented team environment • Exemplify superior client service and the ability to consult with clients regarding plan operation and design • Work with other Nova departments, record-keepers, and advisors to ensure a great client experience • Perform work according to Nova policies and procedures • Pro-actively communicate with clients and investment advisors about new industry developments • Review and deliver required non-discrimination testing and government forms, including Form 5500

🎯 Requirements

• Five or more years of 401(k) plan administration experience • Excellent knowledge of preparing, reviewing, and delivering required non-discrimination testing and government forms, including Form 5500 • Industry designation a plus • Four-year college degree a plus • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Excellent organizational skills • High level of critical thinking • Committed to lifelong learning and coaching
