📋 Description

• Collaborate on strategy with the Account Director and own its execution • Lead day-to-day client delivery and communication • Ensure work is executed at a high standard across channels • Coordinate internal project managers and channel specialists to ensure nothing slips • Monitor performance and proactively surface insights, risks, and opportunities • Be accountable for client results, retention, and delivery quality

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of professional marketing experience • Proven experience managing ongoing client relationships at a marketing agency • Experience overseeing multi-channel marketing programs • Project management experience (formal or informal) • Expert-level experience in at least one of the following: Email & Marketing Automation, Content Marketing, SEO, Paid Search, Paid Social (LinkedIn and/or Meta), HubSpot and/or RevOps • Hands-on intermediate or higher experience in at least three • Highly organized and detail-oriented • Proactive and responsive • Strong written and verbal communicator • Problem-solver with a “figure it out” mentality • Comfortable managing ambiguity • Resilient and determined • Motivated to challenge themselves and continuously learn.
