Description

• Design, develop, and maintain the backend infrastructure to support high volumes of data processing and machine learning pipelines. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to architect and implement scalable and performant solutions for model training, inference, and optimization. • Develop and deploy ML/AI models in production environments, ensuring reliability, scalability, and efficiency. • Implement best practices for MLOps and DevOps to streamline model development, deployment, and monitoring processes. • Optimize model performance through experimentation, tuning, and refinement of algorithms and techniques. • Develop expertise in ML/AI approaches for unstructured text data and implement solutions to extract insights and deliver value to users. • Stay updated on the latest advancements in machine learning, artificial intelligence, and data engineering to drive innovation and excellence in our platform.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred. • Proven experience in building backend infrastructure and platforms for processing high volumes of data and running machine learning pipelines. • Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or Scala. • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). • Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, model training, and inference techniques. • Proficiency in MLOps practices and tools for model deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management. • Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools for continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD). • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. • Strong communication skills and ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
