Description
• Manage the big data operations team • Lead a team of Data Analysts and Support Specialists • Ensure operational responsiveness, using a metrics-driven improvement approach • Build strategic plans to further scale operations and expand data operations capabilities • Implement ITIL process and framework for Big Data Operations • Address data quality issues • Review operational performance • Assess major risks • Assess major opportunities • Partner effectively with cross-functional teams • Implement operational improvements • Build executive reports
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field • Minimum 5 years of experience managing data operations teams • Strong understanding of ITIL processes and frameworks • Familiarity with big data technologies and concepts • Excellent leadership and communication skills • Ability to assess risks and opportunities and make informed decisions • Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with cross-functional teams • Experience implementing operational improvements • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
