Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree • At least 5 years of industry experience in Technology Delivery (software or infrastructure) • At least 4 years of experience in Process, Program, or Project Management • At least 4 years of Agile experience • 6+ years of project management experience in policy and standards, risk management and reporting, and change management and adoption • 6+ years of experience with JIRA Software and JIRA Align • Project Management Professional (PMP), Lean, or Six Sigma certification • Scrum Alliance Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) certification, or Project Management Institute’s Agile Certified Professional (ACP), or SAFe certification
